\nSometimes change impacts our personal and professional life in a significant way. It is not always the relevance or magnitude that count. There are many variables that prompt the question: \u201cWhat happens now?\u201d.
\nThe first thing to understand is: what type of change are we talking about?
\nChange is an event, it is a situation: it is something that has happened!
\nSo, the question “What happens now?“ should be changed to \u201cAnd now, what can I make happen?“, “How do I have to change for a new beginning to be possible?“
\nThanks to the transition management approach (transition is defined as the phase that begins when the event\/change takes place) that I learned from William Bridges model, I help my coaches to answer these questions and to define the right perspective and strategy to immerse yourself in the present to start to redesign and achieve the future.
\nBy integrating the three phases of the transition management process, according to the William Bridges model, you will start a unique path that becomes an opportunity for awareness, and a powerful accelerator towards new beginnings.
\nA standard path of Coaching in Transition involves 8-10 hours with a number of sessions varying depending on the duration of each individualsession.
