This is when you are called upon to make a choice, to make a decision, to take a direction.
\nIn these moments, a one-to-one coaching path is what you need to make the most of the momentum that comes from the spark of the crisis and leads to innovation.
\nMy approach is to start off with an interview of about thirty minutes in which I leave the person the necessary space to introduce the topics on which they want to work, their vision and their final objective. The interview helps us to understand if there is a mutual chemistry, and to get a first idea of the needs and expectations at stake.
\nThen, if I see potential for a concrete partnership, I offer a personalized coaching path proposal which contains all the necessary information: timeline, modality, number of sessions, estimated duration and costs.
\nA standard one-to-one coaching path involves 8-12 hours with a number of sessions depending on the duration each individual session. The total timeline varies between 16 and 22 weeks.” font_container=”tag:p|text_align:left” custom_heading_font_weights=”font-400″ css=”.vc_custom_1646653518044{margin-bottom: 24px !important;}”][vc_separator color=”custom” accent_color=”#eeeeee” css=”.vc_custom_1606374141624{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_style=”content_dark”][vc_column content_style=”content_dark”] \n
