Bio
I have over ten years of experience as a professional coach, consultant, and facilitator.
I embrace the values and standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), of which I am a certified member.
When I discovered coaching, I felt like my experiences, skills and aspirations were coming together. I found a tool that allows me and my clients to become partners. Through teamwork, I can see them grow and transform themselves.

Coaching allows you to make a leap forward, or better said, a leap in a new dimension. My job is to be there with you, as a coach in partnership with his clients.
Leadership is not about things: it is about people. A leader doesn’t manage things, a leader lets things happen thanks to people making them happen.
Change is an event, change is a situation, change may simply happen… What really matters is how change and the transition that change triggers are managed in the way they impact concerned people.
The Leading in Transition program offers you the opportunity to be a leader in specific circumstances. For example, transition moments in which contrasting energies prevail: uncertainty and excitement, fear and momentum, struggle to let go and need for novelty

The Process
Self-protection is a natural instinct, but growth only start when we lower our shields. The watchword is confidence. Starting from the very first conversation, this is the taste that you want to enjoy.
The best way to get started is to define the boundaries of our ground of action. What is our starting point and what do we want to get from the program? What are the indicators showing us that we are working towards our objectives? The in-take session is the right moment for us to define the scope of our ground.
For individuals or teams, organizations or communities… growth is always an adventure. You will find both difficult and exciting moments. Insidious paths and breathtaking views. Surprises, intuition, and new awareness. Sessions and workshops are milestones for transformation that becomes concrete in everyday life.
In every development journey, at some point you realize that you have gone beyond. The ground you defined earlier was only the starting point to get you across the boundary. You are now looking at your objectives from a new perspective – this is the domino effect that you will find in any coaching journey.
At the end of our journey, we realize that we are already in the future. Coaching and transformation paths are powerful as they help individuals and teams to evolve. The future is already here now, it was already in our first conversation, it was in the struggle and in the change that we found along the way. The end of the journey is a springboard to a new ocean.
